Where to hear live music in Naples

Stadio Maradona, Fuorigrotta: the big summer shows. Line 2, Campi Flegrei stop.
Palapartenope and Casa della Musica, Via Barbagallo 115, Fuorigrotta: pop and rap. The area is served by Line 2 and the Cumana; check the last stretch on a map.
Arena Flegrea and Teatro Mediterraneo, inside the Mostra d'Oltremare: Line 2, Campi Flegrei stop, or Cumana, Mostra stop. The Arena has no 2027 dates on its website yet.
Teatro Augusteo, Piazzetta Duca d'Aosta: Funicolare Centrale, Augusteo station; Line 1, Toledo or Municipio stops.
Teatro Bellini, Via Conte di Ruvo 14: Line 1, Museo or Dante stop.
Teatro di San Carlo: for classical music see November 2026, the opening night with Luisa Miller, the Domingo gala and The Nutcracker.

Getting there

Fuorigrotta: choose a place to stay along Line 2, for example around Garibaldi, Piazza Amedeo or Mergellina.
City-centre theatres: the Augusteo and the Bellini are handy from Toledo, Municipio and the Historic Centre.
Leaving the Maradona: for the June 2025 concerts Trenitalia added 15 extra trains from Campi Flegrei; for 2027 check for announcements closer to the date.
Pompeii: take the Circumvesuviana, the local commuter train. Before buying a ticket, check the last train on the EAV website.

Tip: for the Maradona, buy your return metro ticket in advance: in 2025 tickets from the app and machines were also valid on the extra trains.
