From Salerno to Naples, the Amalfi Coast and the islands
- To Naples: Busitalia shuttle between the airport and Piazza Garibaldi (Central Station), 8 trips a day each way, timed with flights. €12 one way, pay on board by card.
- To Salerno station: Salerno Airlink bus, about 40 minutes, non-stop.
- To the Amalfi Coast: from Salerno station, SITA buses run to Amalfi and Positano. Salerno is closer to the Amalfi Coast than Capodichino.
- To Capri, Ischia and Procida: take the shuttle to Naples, then a hydrofoil or ferry from Molo Beverello or Calata Porta di Massa.
Tip: if you can choose, fly into Salerno for Amalfi, Positano and Ravello: you will already be close to the coast.
If your flight lands in Rome
- Leonardo Express from Fiumicino to Roma Termini: 32 minutes, every 15–30 minutes, €14.
- From Roma Termini to Napoli Centrale by Frecciarossa or Italo: about 1 hour 10 minutes, dozens of trains a day.
If your airline cancelled your flight, you can choose a refund or an alternative flight. If you accept a different airport, the airline pays the transfer to the airport you booked.
