Free entry while seats last, with RSVP to the Friends of Capodimonte. The museum is closed on Thursday 5 November.

Since 1 May 2026 the Naples tourist tax (imposta di soggiorno) costs €4 to €6 per person per night, under City Council executive resolution no. 89 of 12 March 2026: €6 in 4- and 5-star hotels and short-term rentals, €5.50 in 3-star hotels and B&Bs. It is charged for up to 14 consecutive nights.

From 4 to 8 November 2026 the Royal Palace of Naples hosts the Casa Corriere festival: the First Antechamber (Room 2) is closed on 6 and 7 November and the Court Theatre can only be viewed from the doorway, or is closed on Sunday 8 in the morning. On Sunday 15 the route starts from Room 3; the Saturday storeroom visit moves to the 14th.
